              My life took an unexpected turn in 2008 when a catastrophic event transformed my role from a stay-at-home mom to a job seeker, focused on securing insurance coverage and finding a way to help get my three teenage children through college. This event compelled me to confront my deepest fears and tap into my inner fortitude to push through EVERY SINGLE DAY. Despite the challenges, I persevered with determination and emerged from the experience stronger and more resilient than ever before.

              About 10 years prior to that event, I started a daily gratitude practice. At first, it was difficult to find things to be grateful for, but as I persisted, it became easier to see the blessings in my life. This evolving practice, which initially seemed like a simple routine, gradually became a profound source of solace and resilience. Little did I know, this seemingly simple practice equipped me with the necessary mindset and strength to navigate and overcome this catastrophic life event, ultimately, becoming an invaluable foundation for my resilience and growth.
