"Conversations Beyond Borders," a podcast hosted by myself and my dear friend, Susan Poulter. We are two women who have navigated the journey of self-discovery as we moved through from being deeply involved parents of active children to navigating an empty nest and embracing our second act as women. 
In each episode, we will dive into what it’s like to be a female in the sandwich generation, parenting adult children and caring for aging parents. We will explore topics such as setting boundaries, redefining relationships, and discovering our personal passions and pursuits. With humor, empathy, and authenticity, we'll share our personal stories and experiences, with the aim of helping the listener understand that they are not alone on this journey.
